Eating healthier to feel better and gain an appropriate weight. How do we do that? It is of great importance to make the sugar level more stable. A stable sugar level reduces the need for sweets and, last but not least, a happier mood. When you start with us and indicate that you want to get started with your diet, we always first look at what you currently have for healthy eating habits. We then provide ideas to supplement this. The intention is not necessarily to be very rigid, but experience shows that some do need it. So we look for a way that suits you well and at the same time gives a positive result.
